English: Due to a job abroad, my home is available for 1.5 years (with the possibility to extend). The house is suitable for 2 people and is a beautiful newly built property with underfloor heating, a pvc floor and freshly painted walls. It has 1 bedroom and a balcony, and is located close to shops, supermarkets and the train station. My preference is for tenants in full-time employment. A deposit of 2 months rent is required.
